How to Install hud software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

hud software package provides Backend for the Unity HUD, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install hud

hud is installed in your system.

Make ensure the hud package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hud *

You will get with hud package name, version, architecture and description in a table
